General Information
All orders are processed and shipped by Angeperle (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd., our international sales and logistics office.
We ship worldwide using trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of our freshwater pearls and jewellery products.
Our Hong Kong office allows us to manage global shipping efficiently — minimizing customs delays and providing professional export documentation.
Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 3–7 working days after payment confirmation.

For customized or OEM/ODM orders, processing time may vary depending on design and production requirements.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Hong Kong.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer several shipping options depending on your order size and destination:

Express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, SF Express): approximately 5–10 working days.

Registered Air Mail or EMS: approximately 10–20 working days.

Bulk cargo or sea shipment: available for large wholesale orders upon request.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:

Shipping method chosen
The final cost will be shown on your quotation or invoice before order confirmation.
For wholesale customers, FOB Hong Kong or EXW Hong Kong terms are available upon agreement.
Please note: If we discover that the shipping cost shown on your invoice is incorrect due to carrier rate changes, system errors, or destination adjustments, Angeperle (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd. reserves the right to contact you to confirm and adjust the actual shipping fee before dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We will provide accurate export documentation to support customs clearance, but Angeperle (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd. is not responsible for customs delays or charges.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier information via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to be updated by the carrier.
Damage or Loss During Delivery
All items are carefully inspected and securely packed before shipment.
Once the package is handed to the carrier, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the buyer.
If your package arrives damaged, please:

Take clear photos of the packaging and contents immediately.

Contact the courier directly to file a damage claim.

Notify mkg2@angeperle.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist if possible.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.
If a package is returned to us due to such reasons, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Partial Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure product safety or faster delivery.
You will be notified in advance if your order will be divided into separate shipments.
