Quality Assurance

At Angeperle, every product is carefully inspected before shipment.
Our professional quality control (QC) team ensures that all pearls and jewellery items meet our internal standards for size, lustre, shape, surface, and colour under the 3SLC Quality Evaluation System.
We guarantee that all goods are checked, packed securely, and in good condition before dispatch.

Damage During Shipping

All shipments are carefully packaged and handed over to reputable logistics partners.
Once goods leave our warehouse, Angeperle is not responsible for damage, loss, or delay caused during delivery.
We recommend clients inspect packages immediately upon receipt and, if any damage is found, report it to the shipping carrier within 24 hours for insurance claim purposes.

Reporting Issues

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 📧 mkg2@angeperle.com or via your dedicated sales representative.

Please provide:

Order number or invoice number
Photos or videos showing the issue clearly
A brief description of the situation

Our customer service team will review your case carefully and respond within 3 working days.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are not automatically granted and will only be considered after our internal review.
Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement of the defective product
Partial refund or credit toward future orders

Please note:

Any decision regarding refund, replacement, or compensation is at the sole discretion of Angeperle.
Customized or special-order items (e.g., OEM/ODM designs, personalized jewellery) cannot be refunded or returned unless confirmed defective by our QC department.
